Needs an editor badly, but there a lot of genuine insights in here.
(paraphrase) "Being afraid of your own mind is silly, it's like being afraid of crashing into your own car". That's a good analogy.
I like how Kevin wrote this book as a friend instead of an academic work. DP'd people need friends.
