About the Author
A graduate of MIT in Boston and the Jung Institute of Zurich, Switzerland, Arnold Mindell, PhD., is the founder of a new school of therapy called Process Oriented Psychology. Dr. Mindell is known throughout the world for his innovative synthesis of dreams and bodywork, Jungian psychology, group process, consciousness, shamanism, quantum physics, and small and large group conflict resolution. He is the author of 20 books including Dreambody, Sitting in the Fire, the Shaman's Body, and ProcessMind.

Found!...a meditation tool I can live with

Is your meditation practice gone stale? Does it seem narrow and lacking in richness? Then this is the book for you. Arnold Mindell is the founder (I believe) of process psychology. He describes techniques in his useful book that I find extraordinary and so helpful to me in my inner work. He describes the various channels we view reality through. Including but not limited to the seeing, hearing, body sense and kinesthetic. And using the process mind techniques you try constantly to be aware in the present moment what channel you are functioning in. This is not a ten minutes per day procedure! It is also not the static one channel of most Buddhist methods that I have studied. Trying his ideas out has shown to be an exciting adventure for me. You have nothing to lose by trying his self help ideas out. And a whole lot to gain.

Innerwork. Working on oneself alone is such a useful thing to learn and Mindell's theory and tools offer the
learner profound ways of doing so. Innerwork can be used for a wide array of life situations; it can be used to
become clearer about relationship issues, conflicts, organizational complexities, mysterious dreams, life direction,
depression, self-criticism, public speaking, leadership development and more.
